Youth Committee Continues to Drive Energy and Impact at A+ Foundation

New Members Join, Trivia Night Success, and Exciting Environmental Initiative Planned
The A+ Abbey Solo Foundation Youth Committee has been buzzing with energy recently. New members Thomas and Chloe have joined, contributing their passion and enthusiasm to the committee’s mission. Thomas, an ex-student of MOGS, is now studying at Caroline Chisholm Catholic College, while Chloe, a former MOGS student and now at University High, joined the team at the recent Trivia Night.
Speaking of Trivia Night, the event was a resounding success, with attendees praising the energy and commitment displayed by the Youth Committee. The team’s involvement continues to make a significant impact, both in fundraising and community engagement.
In line with their commitment to both the environment and the foundation, the committee is also working on a new initiative. They are encouraging schools to participate in the Victorian Government's Container Deposit Scheme, a recycling program that will not only support sustainability but also raise funds for the A+ Foundation. Some members are already taking the lead, planning to meet with their schools’ principals to get this exciting project off the ground.
